TiramiSutra was started by Julie Sim in 2003 as a home business which specialises in the Italian dessert and offers free delivery islandwide. Starting with a few friends as clients, TiramiSutra business has expanded rapidly since those early days.

The Challenge.
TiramiSutra used to track their orders on a simple Excel sheet. By 2005 they realized that their system simply could not keep pace with their business. Order tracking and production planning became more tedious as orders increases.
